CROSSING OVER PORTAL PIERS

Photo 1 : Back view from Launching Girder No.3 towards the completed spans.

Photo 2 : Front view captured from LG3 looking towards the rest piers.

BY JULY 14, LAUNCHING GIRDER NO.3 IS FULLY CROSSING THE 4 PORTAL PIERS, IT MEANS IT HAS TO WORK ON THE NEXT COMING LAST ONLY 3 SPANS. THE LG3 LAUNCHER HAS DONE BOTH POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE VALUE OF CURVILINEAR SPANS BEFORE TRANSIT TO STRAIGHT LINE REACHING THE END. AS THE PROGRESS IS CONVINCING, IT IS BELIEVED THAT LG3 WILL CLOSE ITS DIARY BY THE END MONTH OF JULY.

PARAPET GANTRY NO.3 LAUNCHED

Photo 1 : Among the earliest parapet erected by Parapet Gantry No.3

Photo 2 : View captured, showing the path created by LG3 for this new gantry to work on.

PARAPET GANTRY NO.3 IS NOW WORKING ON THE TRACK FROM NANGLOI STATION TOWARDS SURAJMAL STADIUM. THIS IS THE BUSIEST LOCATION ALONG BC9 PROJECT WHICH 24 HOURS VEHICLES MOVE ON ROAD, TRAFFIC JAM IS FREQUENTLY SEEN. THE ROUTE IS THE MAIN NATIONAL HIWAY CONNECTING NEW DELHI TO THE BORDER OF BAHADUR GARH IN THE STATE OF HARYANA. THIS MOMENT, THE WAY TO LIFT UP THE PARAPET IS NOW CHANGED. THE USE OF HYDRA IS PRACTICALLY DISTURBING THE TRAFFIC AND NOT MORE ACCESSIBLE, SO DIRECTLY GANTRY WILL ADJUSTS THE WINCH TO LET IT HOOKS THE PARAPET PIECE UP FROM THE TRAILER. CONSEQUENTLY, THE COMPANY DECIDES TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF HYDRAS HIRED AND IT SEEMS TO BE ECONOMIC.

HAND RAILING AND OHE MASS

Photo 1 : Scenery of site captured near Rajdhani Park station where the hand railings start on.

Photo 2 : On the opposite view, the overhead electrical mass stands up one by one on OHE parapet.

IT IS NOT A COMPLETE DRINK WITHOUT ITS GARNISHING, SERVED BY A TALENTED CHEF. AS THE SEGMENTS ERECTED, LOWERED TOUCHING THE PIER CAPS THEN STRENGTHEN UP THE ERECTED STRANDS BY GROUTINGS AND TO MAKE THEM CONTINUOUSLY STRIP HOMOGENOUS, EACH END OF SPANS IS ADJUSTED THROUGH ITS HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL BEARINGS. PARAPET CROWNED AND STICTHED BY CONCRETE, FOLLOWD BY INSTALLING THE HAND RAILINGS AND OVERHEAD ELECTRICAL MASSES.

PARAPET GANTRY NO.1 TAKES PARTY

Photo 1 : This is the last space for the last standard gauge parapet near Rajdhani Park.

ITS AMONG THOUSAND OF INDIAN CULTURE, EVERYTIME WORK DONE THEY WILL CELEBRATE. WHEN THE LAST PIECE READY TO LIFT UP, LABOURS MADE SOUND, "SHAHAB PARTY SHAHAB!!". SO THE ENGINEER IN CHARGE HAD TO TREAT A LITTLE JOY TIME IN ORDER TO FULFILL THEIR DESIRE, USUALLY BY A CUP OF TRADITIONAL TEA CALLED "CHAI". THIS 39 ALL-STRAIGHT SPANS, FROM NANGLOI RAILWAY STATION TO RAJDHANI PARK IS THE LONGEST TRACK CONSISTS 764 PIECES OF PARAPET. NEXT, THIS GANTRY IS PLANNED TO BE REPLACED BEHIND LG2 FOR ANOTHER 26 SPANS.

LG2 PLAYS ON 3rd TRACK
