MALAYSIA METRO-part 2

THERE ARE 5 COMPANIES OPERATES THEIR SUBWAY LINES SUCH AS RAPID KL, KTM KOMUTER, ERL AND KL MONORAIL. ALTHOUGH IT'S CALLED LRT (LIGHT RAIL) AS IT IS A FULLY INDEPENDENT METRO. TOTAL SUBWAY LINES ARE 9, LISTS OF THEM ARE :

1. SENTUL-PORT KLANG
  • 23 STATION, 153 km, OPERATED BY KTM KOMUTER
2. RAWANG-SEREMBAN
  • 22 STATIONS, 153 km, OPERATED BY KTM KOMUTER

3. KELANA JAYA LINE (Kelana Jaya-Terminal PUTRA, Gombak)

  • 24 STATIONS, 29 km, OPERATED BY RAPID KL

4. AMPANG LINE

  • 2 ROUTES (Sentul Timur-Sri Petaling and Sentul Timur-Ampang)

  • 25 STATIONS, 27 km, OPERATED BY RAPID KL

5. PRT KL MONORAIL (KL Sentral-Titiwangsa)

  • 11 STATIONS, 8.6km, OPERATED BY KL MONORAIL
6. KLIA TRANSIT (KL Sentral-KLIA)
  • 5 STATIONS, 75 km, OPERATED BY ERL
7. KLIA EXPRESS (KL Sentral-KLIA)
  • NONSTOP OVER 75 km (within 28 minutes, about 160 km/hr), OPERATED BY ERL

8. Aerotrain at KLIA (Main Terminal-Satellite A Building)

  • 2 STATIONS, 2.5 km (assumed), OPERATED BY MALAYSIA AIRPORT HOLDING BHD
