GROUTING AND BEARING INSTALLATION

THE RAMP IS CONNECTING THE EXIT LINE TO THE DEPO, CONSISTS 5 UNITS OR PARTS, NAMED U1 TO U5. EACH UNIT HAS ITS OWN PCC, RAFT AND LIFT. NUMBER OF LIFTS DEPEND TO THE DESIGN. FOR EXAMPLE, U1 AND U2 HAVE 4 LIFT WHERE U1 IS CONNECTING THE RAMP TO THE EXISTED 6 EXIT LINE. SO FAR, ALL PCC AND RAFT OF ALL UNITS HAVE BEEN CONCRETED. FIRST LIFT OF ALL UNITS EXCEPT U1 ALSO HAVE BEEN CASTED. THE LATEST UPDATED, SECOND LIFT OF U4 AND U5 ARE ALSO CASTED. AS A ROUGH CALCULATION, 49.5% OF WORK DONE.

FIRST SPAN OF THE THIRD PATH OF LG2, P54-P55 HAS BEEN ERECTED ON 30th JULY AFTER DAYS FOR ERECTING THE STEEL BOXES, PLACING THE SLIDERS AND MANY MORE. THEN, A FEW DAYS TAKEN TO ADD ANOTHER BOXES AT BACK AND MOVED FORWARD THROUGH AUTOLAUNCH. ON 12th OF AUGUST THE NEXT SPAN OF P53-P54 IS READY FOR STRESSING, IT IS BELIEVED WILL BE DONE ON DAY SHIFT OF 13th AUGUST. THIS HARD MOMENT WILL BE CONTINUED BY ADDING ANOTHER BOX TOGETHER SETTING UP THE REAR TROLLEY, THEN PLACING A FEW MORE COUNTERWEIGHTS AT THE BACK. THEN, THE THIRD AND COMING NEXT SPANS WILL BE NORMALLY EASIER, AS THE LAUNCHER MOVES BY ORDINARY AUTOLAUNCHING.
